• The United States: For administrative and legal processing by our headquarters.
• Morocco: In compliance with Law 09-08 regarding the protection of individuals with respect to the processing of personal data.
• Ivory Coast: In compliance with Law No. 2013-450 on the protection of personal data.

By using our services, you consent to these transfers, which are necessary for the performance of our contracts (e.g., product delivery).

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell data. However, we share necessary data with:

• Logistics Partners: Local delivery fleets in Casablanca, Abidjan, and other operational cities to ensure product delivery.
• Call Centers: For order verification and delivery scheduling (a standard requirement for COD transactions).

4. Data Security

We employ enterprise-grade encryption and access controls to protect data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We encourage partners to use secure channels when transmitting sensitive corporate documents.

Faidco LLC is a Wyoming Limited Liability Company acting as a holding entity. Our consumer brands (e.g., Africarto) operate as distinct operational units. Faidco LLC maintains limited liability protection as afforded by the Wyoming Limited Liability Company Act.

2. Nature of Operations (E-Commerce)

Our primary activity involves the sourcing, branding, and direct-to-consumer distribution of goods. While we strive for accuracy:

• Product availability in local markets (Morocco/Ivory Coast) is subject to customs clearance and logistics constraints.
• Cash-on-Delivery (COD) transactions are finalized only upon physical exchange of goods and payment.

3. Intellectual Property

All "Proprietary COD Optimization Engines," software code, algorithms, trade secrets, trademarks, and visual designs displayed on this site are the exclusive property of Faidco LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or reverse engineering of our technology is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAIDCO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

5. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your relationship with Faidco LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Laramie County, Wyoming.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued collaboration or use of our platforms constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
